  • The package rates are inclusive of entry tickets to the mentioned locations.
  • Foreign Nationals are required to buy SOU tickets from www.soutickets.in.
  • In case of any cancellation of a flight, train or any mode of transportation, the booking amount will not be refunded.
  • It is mandatory for each guest to carry a government-approved valid Photo ID and provide it at the reception counter at the time of check-in; for foreign nationals, it is mandatory to furnish a valid passport and Visa or OCI.
  • A Pan Card will not be accepted as a valid photo ID.
  • Any other services or visits which are not specified/mentioned in the inclusions are to be borne by the guest.
  • The property is not responsible for the loss of any kind of personal belongings.
  • This is an indicative itinerary which is subject to change depending upon the external circumstances.
  • All the rooms are strictly non-smoking.
  • Guests are requested to adhere to the laws of the land.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel reservations without prior notice in case of any central or state Government Events/Meetings/Visits or severe climate conditions. In such cases, alternative dates or properties can be arranged.
  • Statue of Unity premises and other facilities remain closed every Monday.
  • Pets are allowed as per the pet policy.

  • Guests must carry original copies of ID proofs (Aadhaar Card for Indian guests and Passport, Visa, and OCI for foreign guests) at the time of check-in at the resort.
  • Children below 6 years are entitled to complimentary stay without any additional arrangements.
  • In the case of triple occupancy, an extra person/child will be accommodated on a chargeable basis and provided with an extra mattress.
  • The Statue of Unity will be closed every Monday.
  • Tent City Narmada reserves the right to change the itinerary, sightseeing, package inclusions, or facilities without any prior notice.
  • 100% Cancellation Charges, if cancelled within 7 days from the check-in date
  • 50% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 10 days from the check-in date
  • 25% Cancellation charges, if cancelled within 15 days from the check-in date
  • 15% Cancellation charges, if cancelled in more than 15 days from the check-in date
  • Amendment charges will be applied based on the cancellation policy mentioned above.
